Earlier today we had the first chunk of the 2014 year Analytic Theater. This is a part of the International Negotiation course for the UWED students. Below I put some pictures from the simulation of the negotiations between Russia and Japan led to the Treaty of Portsmouth (1905). In a simulation, the UWED students represented and negotiated on behalf of the Japanese and Russian governments (and eventually, ended the 1904-1905 war between the two countries). The Japanese delegation even spoke Japanese.
